All badge reels are black with a belt clip. We prefer to use the belt clip opposed to a rotating alligator clip so that it does not bobble around when you’re doing your job (especially important if you work in healthcare). The belt clips can be placed on your shirt, belt, pocket, on a lanyard and anywhere else you want to clip it!
